1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

dramagic ("dramagic", "we", "us") is operated by TOKEN FLOW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING - L.L.C - S.P.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (trade licence CN-6184552), with its registered address at Abu Dhabi - Al Reem Island, P.O. Box 25573. dramagic is an AI short-drama studio: you write a premise, and the service helps you turn it into a script, a storyboard, images, short video clips and an exported episode.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy together are the agreement between you and us. If they conflict, the Acceptable Use Policy decides what content is allowed, the Privacy Policy decides how personal data is handled, and these Terms decide everything else. By signing in and accepting them you agree to this agreement.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
  • If you use dramagic for a company or studio, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
  • You must not use dramagic if the law of your country or ours forbids it, or if we have ended your access before and have not invited you back.
  • You may not use dramagic if you are on, or owned or controlled by someone on, a sanctions list of the United Nations or the United Arab Emirates, or if your use would breach sanctions or export-control laws that apply to you or to us.

3. Your account

Access is by invitation. You sign in with a one-time link we email to the address we invited; there is no password. You must give us accurate information (your email address and your country), keep your mailbox secure, and tell us at support@dramagic.studio if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything done under your account. An account is for one person: do not share it, sell it or hand it over.

4. Invite-only beta

dramagic is in an invite-only beta. While it lasts, features, output quality and availability can change or stop without notice, and we may limit how much you can generate each day or pause generation when a service-wide budget is reached. We may end or pause the beta at any time. If we end it, we will tell you by email and keep your account available for a reasonable time, at least 30 days, so you can download your work.

5. Credits

  • What credits are. Credits are a prepaid unit for using the service. They are not money or electronic money, have no cash value, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • How you get them. During the beta we grant credits to you free of charge. Once payments are open, we will also sell credit packs, priced in UAE dirhams (AED) and paid through our payment provider. Prices will be shown before you pay, including any VAT that applies.
  • Expiry. Each batch of granted credits (for example beta or promotional credits) can have its own expiry date, stated when the credits are granted and shown on your Credits page. Expired credits can no longer be used. Credits that expire first are used first, then granted credits, then purchased credits. Purchased credits do not expire.
  • How they are used. When you start a generation we hold the credits it is expected to cost. When the generation succeeds, the actual cost is charged and any difference is released back to you. When it fails, the whole hold is released. Every hold, charge and release is listed on your Credits page.
  • Changes. We may change how many credits a generation costs and what a pack costs. A change applies to future purchases and generations; it does not reduce credits you already hold.
  • Refunds. See the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy whenever you use dramagic. It forms part of these Terms.

7. Your content and the licence you give us

"User Content" means everything you put into dramagic: premises, scripts, prompts, reference images, portrait photos, audio, and anything similar. You keep ownership of your User Content.

The licence you give us

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and transmit your User Content and your Generated Output, for these purposes only:

  • to provide the service to you: store it, show it to you, and export it for you;
  • to submit it to the AI providers that produce what you asked for (our providers are listed in the Privacy Policy); and
  • to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

The licence lasts while your content is on the service, plus the short period it takes to remove it from backups and from the recovery area described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not publish it, show it to other users or use it in our marketing without asking you first.

Reuse by other users is opt-in

dramagic does not today let any user see, reuse or build on another user's content. If we add a feature that does (for example a shared element library or a "recreate from this" button), it will work only for assets whose owner has switched on "allow reuse" for that asset. The switch will be off by default and you can turn it off again. A feature like this will come with a new version of these Terms that you must accept. If you want to withdraw a permission, email support@dramagic.studio.

What you promise about your content

  • You own your User Content or have all the permissions you need, including from anyone whose rights it touches (copyright, trademark, privacy, image, voice and other personality rights, confidentiality).
  • If you upload a photo of a real person as a portrait, you confirm that you are that person or that you have the right to use their likeness. We record that confirmation with its version and date.
  • You will look at what the service generates before you share it, and you are responsible for how you use it and for the consequences.

8. Generated output

"Generated Output" means the scripts, storyboards, images, video and exports dramagic produces for you. As between you and us, you own your Generated Output to the extent the law allows, and we claim no ownership in it. Please understand:

  • In some countries content made by AI may get little or no copyright protection, so "ownership" may not give you exclusive rights.
  • AI models can produce output that looks like existing works or that is similar to what they produce for other people. We cannot promise your output is unique or does not infringe anyone's rights.
  • You may use Generated Output for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the rules our AI providers apply to their output.
  • If we add a visible mark, an AI-generated label or content credentials to exports, you must not remove, hide or alter them without our written consent.

9. Labelling AI-generated content

Generated Output is made or altered by artificial intelligence. When you publish, share or distribute it, you must make clear that it is AI-generated or AI-synthesised wherever the law, a platform's rules or ordinary honesty require it. In every case you must do so when the output shows a real person's likeness or could be mistaken for a real recording. Do not present Generated Output as an authentic recording of real events.

10. Checks, reports and removal

Requests may be refused by our own checks or by the AI providers' filters. A refused generation is not charged, and the studio suggests how to change the request. We do not routinely read your content. We may look at it when you report a problem, when a report or an automated flag points to a violation, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including the generated output made from it. To report misuse of a real person's likeness or any other violation, email support@dramagic.studio.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, with notice where we can, if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use puts the service or other people at risk, if a payment is reversed or disputed, if we withdraw your invitation, or if the law requires. You may stop using dramagic at any time and may ask us to delete your account under "Your data" in the studio (/studio/account); the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data. If we remove content or end your account because you broke the rules, credits already used stay used. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue after your access ends.

12. Our rights and third-party services

dramagic, its software, design and name belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. You may not copy it, reverse-engineer it or try to get around its limits. If you send us feedback or reports, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything. The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI generation, email and (later) payments; they are listed in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their outages, but we choose them with care.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", especially during the beta. AI models are still being developed. Generated Output may be wrong, incomplete, offensive or unexpected, and we do not promise it will be accurate, lawful, unique or fit for any purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated Output is not professional advice of any kind (health, legal, financial or other); check anything you rely on. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by contract.

14. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, reputation or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or 100 USD if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

15. Changes to these Terms

Each version of these Terms has a version identifier, shown at the top of this page. When we make a material change we publish a new version and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. We record which version you accepted, when, and from which IP address. You cannot keep using the studio until you accept the current version. If you do not agree, stop using dramagic and delete your account. We do not treat continued use as acceptance of a changed version.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Abu Dhabi. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where that right cannot be waived.

17. General

These Terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about dramagic. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, if your rights are protected. We give notice by email to the address on your account or in the studio; you give notice by writing to support@dramagic.studio. These Terms are written in English. If we publish a translation and the two differ, the English version applies, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
