Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything you type, upload, generate, store, export or share with dramagic: prompts, scripts, reference images, portrait photos, and the images, video and exports made from them. dramagic is operated from the United Arab Emirates and used internationally, so content must be lawful both where we operate and where you live and share it. You are responsible for what you create and share.

2. What you may not create, upload or share

You may not use dramagic to create, upload, store or distribute content that:

  • Sexualises minors. Shows, describes or suggests a child, or anyone who appears to be one, in a sexual context, or sexualises minors in any way. This is prohibited with zero tolerance.
  • Is sexually explicit, or intimate without consent. Pornographic or obscene material, sexual content or innuendo used to harass, and intimate imagery of any real person without their consent.
  • Incites violence or terrorism. Threatens, incites, glorifies or instructs violence; promotes terrorist or violent extremist organisations or ideology; or shows gratuitous graphic violence for its own sake. Violence that serves a story is not banned, but the more graphic it is, the more likely a provider filter will refuse it.
  • Spreads hatred or discrimination. Attacks, demeans or incites hatred or discrimination against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, region, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
  • Harasses or defames. Harasses, bullies, stalks, threatens, insults or defames a person or group, or attacks their reputation, honour or dignity.
  • Invades privacy. Reveals, steals or misuses other people's personal information, private data or confidential information, including doxxing.
  • Deceives. Presents false content as real in a way likely to cause harm, creates deceptive deepfakes, impersonates a person or an organisation, or is used for fraud, scams or manipulation.
  • Breaks the law. Is unlawful under the law of the United Arab Emirates or of the place where you live or share it, or helps others commit a crime, including unlawful gambling, trade in illegal drugs and human trafficking.
  • Encourages self-harm. Encourages or instructs suicide or self-injury.
  • Harms minors. Endangers the safety or the physical or mental health of minors.
  • Infringes rights. Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets or other intellectual-property or contractual rights of anyone.
  • Is spam. Is unsolicited advertising, excessive marketing, chain messages or other spam, or is deliberately disguised to avoid review.
  • Attacks or misuses the service. Contains malware, or tries to abuse, overload, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer dramagic or to reach other people's accounts or content.

3. Real people and likenesses

  • Upload a real person's photo as a portrait only if you are that person or you have the right to use their likeness. dramagic asks you to confirm this each time. A false confirmation is a violation of this policy.
  • Do not use a real person's face, voice or identity to make them appear to say or do something they did not, or to mislead people into thinking it is real.
  • Do not make sexual, hateful, defamatory, harassing or otherwise harmful content about a real person, whether or not they are famous.
  • Do not use a real person's likeness to endorse a product, a cause or a candidate without their permission.
  • The AI providers may refuse photoreal faces that look like real people. When that happens the studio suggests a fix, such as a stylised style preset. Use that advice only for characters you have the right to depict.

If you believe someone has used your likeness or someone else's without permission, report it at support@dramagic.studio (the subject line "Report misuse of a likeness" fills in for you).

4. No getting around our checks

Our checks and the AI providers' filters are part of how dramagic stays safe. Do not try to get around them. That includes rewording, splitting, encoding or disguising a request to produce something this policy prohibits after it was refused, using more than one account to avoid a limit or a suspension, and probing the service to find out how its filters work. If a request you believe is harmless is refused, follow the suggestion shown in the studio or write to us.

5. Labelling AI-generated content

Generated output is made by artificial intelligence. Label it as AI-generated when you share it, as described in the Terms, and do not remove or hide any mark, label or content credential we add to exports.

6. Reporting a violation

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email support@dramagic.studio with a description and, if you can, where you saw it. For misuse of a likeness, use the link in section 3. We look at every report and will tell you what we decided where we are able to.

7. Enforcement

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may refuse a generation, remove content and the output made from it, limit features, suspend or end an account, and keep records of what happened. We usually start with a warning for a first, minor violation. We act without warning where the violation is serious or repeated, or where the law requires. We may report unlawful content, including anything that sexualises minors, to the authorities where the law requires or allows. Credits already used are not refunded; see the Refund Policy for unused credits. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@dramagic.studio and a person will review it.

8. Changes to this policy

Each version of this policy has an identifier, shown at the top. When we make a material change we publish a new version and ask you to accept it at your next sign-in.
